An intimate, cozy studio apartment with a terrace. It is located on the ground floor. Despite its relatively small size (28 m²), it provides a comfortable stay for 2-3 people. This is due to the modern equipment, but above all, the careful arrangement of the interior. The apartment has a fold-out sofa and a seating area with a large bed.

Residents have at their disposal a TV, a private bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchenette (stovetop, utensils etc.). During their stay they can enjoy the view of the mountains and the garden. They can also use the sauna, have access to the garden and grill.

The central place in the apartment is a unique element that provides warmth on cold days – a tiled fireplace.
